You can reach Amelinghausen very easily on the motorway BAB 7.

Coming from the south leave the motorway at the exit „Soltau/Ost“. Follow the road signs on the Bundesstraße 209 to Amelinghausen. Before the traffic lights make a half-right turn into the street „Zum Lopautal“. Follow the road for ca 500 m. The camp site Lopautal is on the left-hand side.

Coming from the north take the exit to the left in the direction of Amelinghausen (sign posting). In Evendorf turn left again in the direction of Amelinghausen. Follow the Kreisstraße 45 (district road) straight ahead to Amelinghausen. There before the traffic lights make a half-right turn into „Zum Lopautal“. Follow the road for ca 500 m. The camp site Lopautal is on the left-hand side.

Coming from the east it would be best to use the B 209 via Lueneburg.
Then drive into the centre of Amelinghausen and behind the second traffic lights take a sharp left turn into the street „Zum Lopautal“. Follow the road for ca 500 m. The camp site Lopautal is on the left-hand side.
